Competitor stats are not updated until events are uploaded by the Organizer. Events are due to be uploaded within seven days of the event date. If your stats have not been updated after seven days, please contact the Organizer directly. If necessary, you may also contact Play! Pokémon after reaching out to the Organizer if you are unable to resolve the issue with them.
When contacting the Organizer or Play! Pokémon, please include as many details about the event as possible in your request:
- Tournament ID
- Event date
- Event location (including city and state)
Stats still not appearing on your profile page?
Check that your Pokémon Trainer Central account is fully activated and that you checked "Yes" in the Play! Pokémon Preferences section of your Pokémon Trainer Central account profile.
