Welcome to the Play! Pokémon Program!

Once your venue and account are successfully reviewed, you will receive an email welcoming your Play! Pokémon Store to the Play! Pokémon program.

Play! Sessions

If your venue was approved and your account passed review, your new Play! Pokémon Store is now eligible to host Play! Sessions. For more information about how to host a Play! Session, see our instructions here.

Tournaments & Prerelease

To host events such as Friendly Tournaments and Prerelease, the store owner or manager must complete the PROF101 certification and also take the Organizer exam, both of which can be accessed through the Professor Program.

Retailer Portal

You can now use your Pokémon Trainer Central account credentials to log in to the Retailer Portal, where you can find important information and update your Play! Pokémon Store’s information.

League Assistants

You may optionally add up to five League Assistants that can assist with hosting Play! Pokémon events at your store. League Assistants must have a Pokémon Trainer Central account and a Player ID.
