Why haven’t I received my Championship Points yet?

The top finishers at certain Play! Pokémon tournaments have the opportunity to earn Championship Point awards provided that the tournaments are reported correctly and completely.

Competitors are responsible for checking their tournament history for accuracy. If there is an issue with a competitor’s tournament history, that competitor should notify the Tournament Organizer. The Tournament Organizer is responsible for working with Play! Pokémon to resolve any issue in a timely fashion.
