Can I create a business Pokémon Trainer Central account?
No. Creating a business account ultimately goes against our Terms of Use, and we are unable to support business accounts.
Pokémon Trainer Central Accounts Are for Individuals
Pokémon Trainer Central accounts are permitted only for use by yourself as an individual. They require a true and accurate date of birth and legal name to be registered. They should not represent the login details for a business.

If you are applying to a League, it is recommended that the store owner applies to the Professor Program in order to put in an application. To do this, an account must be created for the individual and not the business. You can create an account here.
Is there any way to create a Pokémon Trainer Central business account?
No. Creating a business account is against Pokémon’s Terms of Use, and we are unable to support business accounts.
Important Notes About Your Account
Your account cannot use a shared or generic business email address. However, individual email addresses on a business domain are OK. For example:
Do not use emails such as: sales@yourcompany.com, info@yourcompany.com, or yourcompany@yourdomain.com.
Do use emails such as: firstname@yourcompany.com.
The first and last name on the account should accurately reflect your own legal first and last name and not that of a business you are associated with. For example:
Do not enter something such as:
First name: Pokémon
Last name: Company International
Do use your legal first and last name such as:
First name: Ash
Last name: Ketchum
It is critical to enter this information accurately, as this information cannot be edited after account creation. You can read more about the importance of accurately entering your legal first and last name here.
Providing inaccurate information on your account will lead to issues on the account and possibly lead to account closure.

When can I provide the email address of my business?
If you are interested in applying for a League at your store, please make sure to include your business email address in the League application form when you are also asked to input information about your store. This is not linked to the email address you have on your personal account, and this is the only time that we will request your business email address.
