How do I update my League’s information?

Depending on the update you wish to make, there are two main places where the Play! Pokémon Store owner can update their League’s information. Please be sure to keep your information up to date as Play! Pokémon will only use the contact and shipping information listed on your League Details page in the Retailer Portal.

Retailer Portal

Navigate to the Retailer Portal, select League Management from the menu at the top of the page, and then select League Details to update the following information. Note that only the Play! Pokémon Store Owner may request changes to this information.

  • Change of address
  • Change of contact information

Play! Tools

Navigate to Play! Tools to update the following information.

  • Nominate a League Assistant to help manage your League by selecting your League in the My Leagues section of the sidebar menu and then navigating to Staff. Selecting League Assistants is optional and not required.
  • Schedule and report Play! Sessions or tournaments such as League Cups and League Challenges or Prerelease events.
