Congratulations and welcome to the Play! Pokémon program. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the below resources now that your application has been approved.
- Log in to the Retailer Portal using your Pokémon Trainer Club account to manage tasks for your Play! Pokémon Store and to see news related to the Play! Pokémon program. You will see personalized data and reminders.
- Confirm that the contact information for your Play! Pokémon Store is up to date by navigating to the menu at the top of the page and selecting League Management and then League Details.
- Log in to Play! Tools, which is the platform used to schedule events at your Play! Pokémon Store. You can use the same platform to nominate League Assistants!
- Nominate a League Assistant to help manage your League by selecting your League in the My Leagues section of the sidebar menu and then navigating to Staff. Selecting League Assistants is optional and not required.
- Schedule play times in the Play! Sessions tab under your League. Adding an event in this section will automatically make the event visible in Pokémon’s Event Locator.
- Request access to Brandfolder by following these instructions. Brandfolder contains digital assets you can use to advertise products as well as League events. All assets shall be used in accordance with Pokémon’s Terms of Use.
